The St. James offers prospective residents a wide range of choice, with 100 suites ranging in size from bachelor apartments to two-storey penthouses with gorgeous terraces. All suites feature nine-foot ceilings. Smaller suites run about 388 sq. ft., while some of the larger suites have been combined to total over 2000 sq. ft. It should be noted that most suites have balconies. Some units also have fireplaces.
